What if my shoes don't fit?

Proper measurement before ordering will eliminate this problem. There is a "no return" policy on custom shoes.

Can shoes be exchanged or returned?

No. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I purchase extra after the campaign closes?

Check with your organization to see if extra are available. This is a single run manufacturing process. Any additional shoes needed after the initial campaign closes would require another 300 pair minimum order.

What if I am between sizes?

We suggest the next LARGER size to ensure fit.

Are they waterproof?

Water resistant, not waterproof.

Can we choose different styles for 1 campaign?

One style per campaign with a 300 pair minimum order.

What if we cant meet our goal?

We won't collect any money and we will cancel the order process.

When can we expect delivery?

Manufacturing after the order is complete takes 30-45 days. Shipping and delivery will be approximately 2 weeks after that. We anticipate 45-60 days after your completed order.

Will we get a distribution list?

Yes. Each individual will have an order receipt. The shoes will come size marked for distribution. A master list will be provided.

Can we order extra shoes?

Yes. Your organization will be responsible for purchasing them and reselling them.

Do you offer other products?

Not at this time.
